Armenian economic entities with electronic signatures received before November 30 to use them for free in 2013
YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. Those economic entities which will receive their identification cards and electronic signatures before November 30 will have their fees for servicing their electronic signatures paid by the government in 2013, Armenian Labor and Social Affairs Minister Artem Asatryan told journalists on Thursday.
“Under the income tax law, which takes force on January 1, 2013, entrepreneurs must apply for registration and submit their reports only in electronic mode,” he said.
The identification card as well as annual service of the electronic signature costs AMD 3,000.
The minister said that it is necessary to apply to Armenian Police’s passport division for getting identification cards and to Yekenk CJSC established by the government for electronic signatures.
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan instructed the finance ministry to compute the amount that will be allocated from the government budget for subsidizing service of electronic signatures.
The finance ministry will make this calculation jointly with the labor and social affairs ministry and the state revenue committee.
Citizens have their electronic signatures and other data on their ID cards. The cards are valid for ten years. ($1 – AMD 410.83). -0-
