It said the highest prices in the reporting period were registered in the capital's administrative district Kentron - 607,400 thousand drams per square meter, the lowest - in the district of Nubarashen - 177,300 rams.
The average cost per square meter of housing in apartment buildings in the regions increased by 5% from 2018. In the regions, the highest price per square meter of housing was in Tsaghkadzor (281,100 drams), the lowest - in Dastakert, Syunik region (2,000 drams). ($1 - 478.95 dram). -0-
