YEREVAN, June 2. /ARKA/. Armenia’s urban planning ministry received 7.5 billion drams from the government budget in 2013, Urban Planning Minister Narek Sargsyan said Monday presenting the 2013 budget performance report in the National Assembly.
“Capital expenses totaled 6.8 billion here and the remaining amount was spent as current expenses,” he said.
In his words, the revised budget capital spending amounted to AMD 5.6 billion, and the work paid from the reserve fund cost AMD 1.232 billion.
The minister added that repair of educational establishments took 39% of the expenses and about 22% construction.
Sargsyan also said that in 2013 the ministry managed to save AMD 447 million, which went to the budget. -0----
