YEREVAN, December 11. /ARKA/. An affiliate of Armenia-China beekeeping enterprises Anushak was opened in Tzinan town of Shandun province of China on December 6, the press office of Armenia’s foreign ministry reported.
China is one of the world’s leaders in beekeeping and is interested in using medicinal plants from mountainous regions of Armenia in producing bee products, according to the report.
Armenian ambassador to China Armen Sargsyan said at the opening ceremony Anushak’s experience may be used as best example of cooperation between the two countries’ businessmen.
The first shipment of organic honey from Armenia is in China now and will reach consumers soon.
Anushak Armenian-Chinese joint venture was created in March 2012 in Yerevan. –0--
