Armenia apartment prices see no change in August

Average market price of square meter in multi-apartment blocks in Yerevan remained unchanged in August compared to July, the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre says in its report.
YEREVAN, September 30. /ARKA/. Average market price of square meter in multi-apartment blocks in Yerevan remained unchanged in August compared to July, the State Committee of Real Property Cadastre says in its report.
The highest prices in the reporting month were recorded in Kentron (Center) community – 428,000 drams per square meter; the lowest price was seen in Nubarashen – 156,000 drams.
Average per square meter prices in apartment blocks in Armenia’s regions also remained the same in August compared to the month before.
The highest prices in Armenia’s regions were seen in Tsakhkadzor (292,500 drams) and the lowest - in Dastakert and Shamlugh (8,000 drams). ($1=408.36drams). –0--
