YEREVAN, August 21. /ARKA/. Economic activity index in Armenia was 4% in Jan-July 2013, compared with the same period a year earlier, ArmStat reported.
Consumer prices rose by 4.7% and so did industrial producer prices in the reporting period, compared to January-July 2012.
Industry outputs totaled 663 billion drams, an increase of 6.7% in the period.
The country’s foreign trade turnover amounted to about $3,189.9 million, an increase of 3.4% against the Jan-July the year before.
Under the government budget GDP is expected to grow by 6.2% in 2013. ($1=406.35drams).–0--
