Economic activity in Armenia rose by 7.4% in January-April 2013 year over year, according to the National Statistical Service of Armenia.
YEREVAN, May 20./ARKA/. Economic activity in Armenia rose by 7.4% in January-April 2013 year over year, according to the National Statistical Service of Armenia.
Consumer prices increased by 3.2% in Jan-April 2013 year over year, and growth in industrial prices stood at 5.9%.
The industrial output valued at 718.2 million drams, which was 12.6% higher from the analogical period a year before.
Armenia’s foreign trade turnover rose by 2.8% in January-April 2013 to $1. 748.3 billion, compared to the analogical period a year earlier.
Armenia’s GDP growth is projected at 6.2% in 2013. ($1 –417.15 drams). —0-
