Armenia’s foreign trade grows by 22.2 percent in two months
YEREVAN, March 20. /ARKA/. Armenia's foreign trade turnover increased by 22.2% in January-February 2017, when compared to the same period in 2016, to about $761 million, according to the preliminary data of the National Statistical Service (NSS).
NSS said exports grew by 20.1% to $273.7 million, while imports grew by 23.5% to $ 487.3 million. As a result, the negative foreign trade balance in January-February of this year was $213.6 million ($ 1 - 483.51 drams). -0-
