YEREVAN, July 30. / ARKA /. Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) has ruled today to penalize the Russian-owned Electrical Networks of Armenia (ENA) in the amount of 15 million drams for its failure to connect residents of a residential building in the capital city Yerevan to the network.
The company has the right to appeal this decision at the Administrative Court of Armenia within two months after its entry into force.
The Electric Networks of Armenia is a 100% subsidiary of Russian Inter RAO UES. The company has about 967,000 subscribers in Armenia. ($1 – 406 drams). –0-
