YEREVAN, October 1. / ARKA /. In September prices of services in Armenia decreased by 0.2% from August, largely due to a 10 percent drop in prices of legal and banking services, the National Statistical Service said today.
It said the prices of recreation services dropped by 1.8%, prices of transport services fell by 1.5% and prices of communications services went down by 0.1%.
In the same time span catering prices grew by 0.2 percent, prices of education services by 9.8% respectively. Utility and medical services prices did not change.
In seven surveyed towns prices of services dropped by 0.9--0.1 percent from August. In the capital city Yerevan they fell by 0.1%. -0-
