YEREVAN, September 13. /ARKA/. The Armenian government approved today a preliminary version of consolidated indicators of the draft budget for 2014.
Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan said that in the 2014 draft government budget spending is planned at AMD 1.273 trillion and revenue at 1.145 trillion.
Tax and state duty revenue is expected to amount AMD 1.103 trillion in 2014, deficit to AMD 127.5 billion and GDP to 4.724 trillion.
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan instructed the finance minister to organize a meeting for representatives of finance and economy ministries and the State Revenue Committee for making additional calculations.
The final version of the 2014 draft budget will be released on September 26.
In the 2013 consolidated government budget, revenue was planned at AMD 1.033 trillion and spending at AMD 1.152 trillion.
Tax and state duty revenue was planned expected to total AMD 993.08 billion in 2013 – by AMD 118.7 billion more than the amount projected for 2012. The 2013 deficit is projected at AMD 119.7 billion or 2.6% of GDP. ($1 – AMD 409.28). ---0----
