Armenian minister of economy – my involvement in new government depends on its policy
YEREVAN, April 4. /ARKA/. Armenia’s minister of economy Vahram Avanesyan told reporters Friday whether or not he will be in the new government depends on the policy it will be implementing.
Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan resigned late Thursday April 3. According to Armenia’s constitution, a new premier is appointed within ten days after cabinet’s resignation. The government is formed within twenty days after premier’s appointment.
“Will I remain in the government or not depends on what cabinet will be formed and what policy it will pursue, as well as on whether I will be invited or not”, Avanesyan said.
The minister also said the premier’s decision to resign was unexpected for him personally. –0—
