Average apartment price up at 260,000 drams per square meter in Yerevan in august
YEREVAN, October 23. /ARKA/. Average market price for square meter floorage in multi-apartment blocks was 260,000 Drams in Yerevan in August 2012, a 0.7% increase as compared with the price in July, says the report of Armenian State Real Estate Cadastre.
According to the report, the highest prices are recorded in “Kentron” (Center) community of Yerevan, 416,800 Drams per square meter and the lowest ones in Nubarashen community, 140,500 Drams.
The average price for square meter floorage in private houses was 276,400 Drams in the capital in August, a 0.3% increase compared to July.
The average square meter cost for apartments increased by 0.4% in the country’s regions in August 2012 compared to the month before.
A slight increase in the prices was recorded in Ashtarak, Martuni, Vardenis, Chambarak, Stepanavan, Tashir, Maralik, Sisian, Agarak, Vayk, Jermuk, Berd, Noyemberyan and Ayrum.
The highest square meter floorage prices in the Armenian regions were recorded for Tsakhkadzor (292,500 Drams) and the lowest ones were recorded for Dastakert and Shamlukh (8,000 Drams). ($1=405.76AMD).–0—
