Budget execution on European integration grant and loan programs at 41.6% in Armenia
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. Budget execution in terms of European integration-related grant and loan programs is 41.6% in Armenia, deputy minister of finance, head of treasury Atom Janjughazyan said in the parliament on Thursday.
He said the 2013 budget had earmarked 5.768 billion drams for targeted grants and only 2.55bln drams were used (execution of more than 28%).
Over 30 billion drams were envisaged as loans under 13 targeted loan programs; here the execution is 57.6% (17.6bln drams)
In responding the questions the head of the treasury said the execution level was not influenced by Armenia’s decision to join the Customs Union.
According to Armenia’s ministry of finance, total on-budget revenues amounted to 1,071.4 billion drams; expenditures were 1,142.9 billion drams and deficit was 71.5bln. ($1-413.37drams).-0-
