YEREVAN, January 17. /ARKA/. Real estate prices remained mainly unchanged in Armenia in 2013, deputy head of State Real Estate Cadastre Committee Ashot Musayan told a press conference Friday.
A reduction in number of estate deals was recorded in 2013, he said. Musayan has not revealed any numbers saying the final information will be released on January 25 when the results of a study on real estate market are ready.
Mass influx of Syrian Armenians has not influenced the estate market as they do not buy property in most cases, Musayan said.
The deputy head also said state registration of rights and restrictions was carried out for 190,000 properties in 2013. –0--
