"According to international and local experts, although our laboratory facilities comply with international standards, we need to expand them and install new equipment,"  he said at a  meeting of the Coordinating Council on Plant Quarantine of the CIS countries in Yerevan today.

He said the three-year program calls, in addition to acquisition of new equipment, also for organization of trainings for local professionals.
