The company is also said to have losses a year earlier too (10.8 billion drams in 2010), whereas in crisis year of 2009 facing 20.1% slip in sales the company lost only 3.3 billion drams.
Within two years (2010-2011) ArmRosGazprom lost 26.2 billion drams raising risks for increasing the cost of gas, according to the source. This year Gazprom has had two meetings with the Armenian side to discuss the fees for the gas delivered to Armenia.
The newspaper states that gas fees didn’t change within 2011-2012 ($180/1000), as at the local market they are reaching that of the European level. Nevertheless, Gazprom doesn’t earn enough and may review the fees next year.-0-
