YEREVAN, February 6. / ARKA /. The Armenian government approved today an increase in the authorized capital of the Armenian Water and Sewerage Company.
Head of the State Water Committee, Andranik Andreasyan, said the funds released by the government last year for co-financing of the company will be formalized as government’s investment in the authorized capital of the company by means of issuing additional shares.
The government’s share will be increased by more than 1.8 billion drams. To date, the authorized capital of the company is 6 billion drams.
The Armenian Water and Sewerage Company is managed by French Saur SA.. It operates in 37 cities and 268 rural communities in 10 regions of Armenia. ($ 1 - 410.94 drams). -0 -
