YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Armenia’s government approved the decision not to impose penalties on owners of unused cars with no third party vehicle liability insurance by the end of 2014.
There are tens of thousands such cars today: they have not been operated in the last years or have been changing their owners, Armenia’s Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasian said.
Penalizing is deferred until the end of the year to avoid complications, meanwhile the Police and the Ministry of Justice will have time to solve the problems, the minister said.
The minister also said no penalties for unused cars without insurance have been charged so far. –0--
