YEREVAN, August 26. /ARKA/. Oleg Shatalov has been appointed as deputy general director of South Caucasus Railway cjsc on cooperation and logistics, the company’s press office reported. He replaced Anatoly Danchenko had been on the post since 2011.
Shatalov was born in Uzhur of Krasnoyarsk region in 1972. He graduated from Irkutsk rail engineering institute.
Before Shatalov headed various stations of Krasnoyarsk railway, was deputy head of Krasnoyarsk then Abakan departments of Krasnoyarsk railway company, head of traffic control at one of Russian Railway branches at different times.
South Caucasus Railway cjsc is a 100% subsidiary of Russian Railways open joint stock company that is operating Armenian railways under a 30-year concession contract signed in 2008. The contract can be extended for another 10 years.–0--
