YEREVAN, March 11. /ARKA/. One square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan was sold at 273,300 drams in January 2014, Armenia's State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
This price was 0.04 percent higher than in December 2013.
According to the report, the highest prices were recorded in Kentron, the central administrative district of the city, and the lowest in Nubarashen – 154,700 dram.
An average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in provinces rose 0.06% in January 2014, compared with December 2013, with the highest price in Tsakhkadzor – 292,500 drams and the lowest price in Dastakert and Shamlug – 8,000 drams.
A slight price rise was seen in Ashtarak, Aparan, Artashat, Sevan and Martuni. ($1 – AMD 414.84). --0----
