YEREVAN, July 30. /ARKA/. Average market prices for detached houses in Yerevan rose 0.5% in Jan-June 2014, compared with the same period a year earlier, Armenia’s State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
Some 2,521 detached house sale/purchase deals were registered in Armenia, of which 656 in Yerevan.
According to the report, detached houses in Yerevan’s Kentron (Center) and Arabkir districts were sold/purchased at the highest prices – 476,100 drams and 383,000 drams respectively, and those in Nubarashen were cheapest in the city – 150,600 drams per one square meter.
Detached houses in Tsakhkadzor, one of Armenia’s most popular resort, were more expensive in Armenia’s provinces – one square meter here cost 305,000 drams, and the cheapest detached houses were in Dastakert (Syunik province) and Tumanyan (Lori province) – 11,600 drams and 12,000 drams respectively.
