Private house prices in Armenia remain unchanged in April
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. Average private house prices in Armenia remained unchanged in April compared to the same period of the year before, Armenia’s State Committee of Real Property Cadastre reports.
A total of 442 private house sale and purchase transactions were effected in the country in the reporting month, including 121 in Yerevan, says the report.
The highest prices for private houses in the capital were reported in Kentron and Arabkir communities – 476,100 drams and 383,000 drams per square meter respectively. The lowest prices for private houses in Yerevan were recorded in Nubarashe – 150,500 drams per square meter.
At the same time, the highest private house prices outside Yerevan were seen in Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk region) – 305,000 drams per square meter, and the lowest ones in Dastakert (Siunik region) – 11,610 and Tumanyan (Lori region) – 12,000 drams per square meter. ($1=413.01drams). -0-
