Third international jewelry «Yerevan Show-2013» to kick off on October 28
YEREVAN, October 22. /ARKA/. The third international jewelry exhibition, Yerevan Show-2013, will be held in Sports and Concert Complex in Yerevan on October 28-30, the initiators of the event told ARKA.
The exhibition is held by the Armenian Jewelers Association (AJA) under the patronage of the president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.
Armenia is the only country celebrating a Jeweler’s Day at an official level (on the last Sunday of October), says the report.
Among participants of Yerevan Show-2013 will be world-known jewelry and watch companies, manufacturers and distributors of jewelry fr om Armenia, Russia, the United States, Canada, France, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, Great Britain, Lebanon, Egypt, Thailand, Hong Kong, Argentina, China, Jordan, Israel, Greece and other countries, according to the report.
CIBJO Gaetano Cavalieri and head of Malca-Amit Global Limited Nigel Paxman have confirmed they will participated in the exhibition.
As part of the exhibition a conference will be held on problems and prospects of the field wh ere AJA president will present a project on creating a jewelry Free Economic Area in Yerevan to turn Armenia into one of the world’s leading jewelry centers.
A new research foundation, Armenian Jewellers Foundation, will be presented by the AJA at the conference. –0--
