Armenian girls inured in Georgian road accident transported to Yerevan
YEREVAN, September 28. / ARKA /. The eight-year Marie Movsisyan, who was heavily injured in a road accident in neighboring Georgia on September 18, was transported to Armenia from a Tbilisi hospital by a rehab vehicle.
Konstantin Krmoyan, the chief pediatrician of Armenia, who accompanied the girl from Georgia to Holy Virgin hospital in Yerevan, said after the accident the girl in a critical condition was taken to a hospital in Kobuleti and then transported to Tbilisi.
After two operations and a course of intensive treatment her condition improved a little and she was transported to Yerevan. Krmoyan said the girl’s breathing, heart function and hemodynamics are stable, but the condition is still serious and she is still in coma.
The further treatment will be decided on the basis of a series of studies. Before that the girl will receive brain stimulating and regenerating treatment and anti-inflammatory drugs, because a few days ago she suffered meningitis. -0-
