YEREVAN, December 1. /ARKA/. Two people were killed after a Beech Craft 95 aircraft crashed and caught fire near the village of Jraber in Armenia’s Kotayk province on Thursday, the Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) reported.

It said the privately owned plane heading from Yerevan to the southern Russian city of Astrakhan disappeared from radars at 13:00 local time. Later, it was found in the territory of Jraber village of Kotayk region of Armenia at 14.20.

Only crew members two pilots, both Russian citizens were on board. Initial data collection is underway, the Civil Aviation Committee said.-0-
