YEREVAN, December 3. /ARKA/. Arman Khachatryan has been appointed Armenia's permanent representative to the Council of Europe (residence in Strasbourg).

The decree was signed by Armenian President Armen Sarkissian on December 2 following Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s proposal and in accordance with Article 132 of the Constitution and the Law On Diplomatic Service. -0-
