Armenia’s president discusses cooperation with CSTO secretary general

YEREVAN, February 5. /ARKA/. Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan discussed cooperation within the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) with secretary general of the organization Nikolay Bordiuja and with the chief of the united staff lieutenant-general Alexander Studenkin who are in Armenia with a working visit.

The sides discussed development of CSTO military component, the current status of the program for development of key military cooperation directions approved at a Collective Security Council session in Sochi on September 23 2013, press office of Armenia’s president reported.

Among other issues discussed were improvement of the current united staff activities and security in the Caucasus. –0--
