Candidate for Armenia’s president Serzh Sargsyan to campaign in Siunik and Vayots Dzor

YEREVAN, January 22. /ARKA/. Candidate for president and current president of Armenia Serzh Sargsian is to campaign in Siunik region of Armenia this week, the press service of the candidate for president reported.

On January 22-23, Sargsyan will have meetings with voters in Sisian, Goris, Artsvanik, Agarak, Meghri, Kajaran and Kapan.

On January 23 Sargsyan will leave for Vayots Dzor region to have meetings with voters in Jermuk, Vayk, Malishka and Yeghegnadzor the next day.

Armenian presidential elections will be held in Armenia on February 18. 

Eight nominees are running for Armenia’s president: current president Serzh Sargsyan, former prime minister and leader of Freedom party Hrant Bagratyan, former foreign minister and head of Heritage party Raffi Hovhannisyan, famous Soviet dissident and leader of National Self-Determination party Paruyr Hayrikyan, ex foreign minister of Karabakh Arman Melikyan, political scientist and head of Radio Hay Andrias Ghukasyan, philologist Vardan Sedrakyan and leader of National Consent party Aram Harutinyan. –0--
