Decision to resign was conscious and mature – Armenian premier
YEREVAN, April 4. /ARKA/. The decision about resignation was conscious and mature, Armenia’s premier wrote on his facebook page after his resignation late Thursday April 3.
“Dear compatriots, back in February I asked the president Serzh Sargsyan to accept my resignation. My decision was mature and very conscious. We agreed to put off the moment of my resignation bearing in mind a number of important government measures and the RPA (Republican Party of Armenia – edit.) economic forum scheduled”, Sargsyan said.
Sargsyan thanked everyone he worked with and “first of all, the president who entrusted me with the high post of the premier”.
“I wish the new government patriotic and effective work”, Sargsyan said. –0—
