YEREVAN, January 24. /ARKA/. The death toll at Armenia's army shrank 32% in 2013, compared with the previous year, Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan said at a news conference on Friday.
«This is considerable achievement, but the defense ministry considers event one soldier's death as a great loss, and risks here should be lessened to the minimum,» he said without indicating the number of dead soldiers.
Explaining this progress, the minister said that considerable moral building work was carried out in the army.
He stressed that not a single case has remained undisclosed.
Ohanyan said that the defense ministry will continue combating so-called street behavior in the army. -0--
