Karabakh president discussed situation on line of contact with Armenian premier
STEPANAKERT, August 11. /ARKA/. President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received the Armenian delegation headed by premier Hovik Abrahamyan on Saturday, the press office of NKR’s government reported.
The delegation comprised of cabinet members and parliament deputies.
The sides discussed economic cooperation between the two Armenian states and focused particularly on the situation along the line of contact between Karabakh and Azerbaijan and at Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
The sides stressed Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic support the peaceful settlement, yet are prepared to ensure their independence and security when required.
The meeting was attended also by NKR parliament speaker Ashot Ghulyan, NKR premier Ara Harutiunyan and other officials. –0--
