YEREVAN, December 25. / ARKA /. In comments on yesterday's statement by Kazakh president Nursultan Nazarbayev regarding Armenia’s border with Nagorno-Karabakh  in the context of Armenia's accession to the Customs Union was merely a gesture meant for Azerbaijan, and the final word in the Russia-led trade bloc belongs to Moscow,  Manvel Ghumashyan from a non-governmental organization called European Integration, said today.

At a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council in Moscow on December 24 that endorsed the roadmap for Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union and the Eurasian Economic Space Nursultan Nazarbayev said he would sign the roadmap for Armenia’s entry with “a special opinion,’ suggesting  that by next spring it should be decided what the customs border between Armenia and Karabakh would be.

Ghumashyan said Armenia could face problems only if Azerbaijan decides to join the Customs Union too. -0-
