YEREVAN, March 7. /ARKA/. Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkic arrives in Yerevan on Sunday for a three-day official visit at his Armenian counterpart, Edward Nalbandyan’s invitation, the Armenian foreign ministry’s press office reported on Friday.
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will receive the Serbian minister.
As part of his visit, Mrkic is set to meet with Armenian National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Catholicos Garegin II, Armenian Apostolic Church leader.
He will also attend an Armenian-Serbian business forum. Armenian and Serbian foreign ministers will meet on Monday, and upon completion of the meeting they will speak at a news conference.
Mrkic will visit Tsitsernakaberd, the monument of Armenian Genocide Victims. -0----
