Swiss parliament delegation to visit Armenia in September

YEREVAN, August 15. /ARKA/. A delegation of Swiss parliamentarians and other officials will be visiting Armenia from September 29 to October 7, the government press office told ARKA.

It said the president of Switzerland-Armenia Association, Sarkis Shahinian, presented the list of the delegation during a meeting with Armenian prime minister Tigran Sargsyan, who in turn welcomed this initiative and stressed the importance of further development of bilateral relations in political, economic and other fields.

The two sides also discussed possible cooperation in the field of alternative energy sources and in tourism.-0-
