YEREVAN, June 2. /ARKA/. The United Nations will provide Armenia with financial assistance in the amount of $230 million, the press service of the Armenian government reported today.
It said the agreement on UN Partnership in Sustainable Development for Armenia for 2021-2025 was signed on June 1 by the acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan and UN Resident Coordinator for Armenia Shombi Sharp.
According to the agreement, within 5 years the UN will provide Armenia with financial assistance in the amount of $ 230 million. This is a strategic document that determines the activities of all UN structures in Armenia in the next 5 years, the government said. –0--
