In January 2020, 10,846 real estate transactions were registered in Armenia, which is 17.8% more than in the same period of the previous year, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported on Monday.
YEREVAN, March 9. /ARKA/. In January 2020, 10,846 real estate transactions were registered in Armenia, which is 17.8% more than in the same period of the previous year, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported on Monday.
During the reporting period, the largest number of transactions was registered in Yerevan - 31.1% of the total, and the smallest - in Vayots Dzor province - 1.7%.
Over the same period of time, in 12.9% of the total number of transactions was registered in Kotayk province, 10.1% in Ararat, 8.5% in Gegharkunik, 8.3% in Armavir, 6.7% in Lori, 6.6% Shirak, 5.3% in Aragatsotn, 4.5% in Tavush and 4.1% in Syunik.
According to the Cadastre Committee, of the registered real estate transactions, 41.7% accounted for real estate alienation transactions and 14.8% were transactions for the primary registration of real estate.
Inheritance accounted for 16.4% of the total number of transactions registered in Armenia for the indicated period, 10.7% were collateral transactions, 7.6% were real estate rental transactions, 8.8% were transactions with other state registrations. -0-
