Ameriabank and Yerevan municipality launch joint campaign in Yerevan

YEREVAN, June 1. /ARKA/. The Wall of Wishes, a campaign initiated by Ameriabank and Yerevan Municipality, will launch on June 1 in Armenia’s capital. 

This program gives the capital’s residents a chance to submit their proposals about how to improve the city’s face. 

“This campaign is one of the components of our joint program that is being implemented under the slogan ‘Freedom to Do More’,” said Rebecca Hakobyan, chief of Ameriabank’s marketing and PR division. “We want to provide freedom to children and adults living in Yerevan to make our capital more beautiful.”

The campaign was launched on June 1, the International Children’s Day, in Northern Avenue, where children’s pictures were displayed. Little participants of this exhibition depicted a Yerevan which they would like to see in the future. 

Everybody who wants can depict or describe the future face of Yerevan and fasten their proposals to Walls of Wishes, which will appear also in other places. The best proposals will be put into reality with Ameriabank’s financial assistance and the city authorities’ support. 

The campaign will last until June 15, and its results will be summarized and released in late June. 

Araz Baghdasaryan, chief of the municipality’s advertisement and design division, today’s event was in tune with other events held on the Children’s Day. 

“This beautiful event is aimed at improvement of Yerevan’s appearance,” he said. “The municipality has always taken into account our city residents’ opinions, thanks to which our capital is bettering fr om day to day.” The Ameriabank CJSC is a universal bank providing investment, corporate and lim ited retail banking services in a package. 

Ruben Vardanyan is the chairman of the bank’s directorial board and Artak Hanesyan is the director general.-0---
