Apartment prices in Yerevan did not change in first quarter

Average apartment prices in Armenia's capital city Yerevan in the first quarter of 2015 did not change from the fourth quarter of 2014 standing at 274,000 drams per square meter, according to the latest data from the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
YEREVAN, May 4. / ARKA /. Average apartment prices in Armenia's capital city Yerevan in the first quarter of 2015 did not change from the fourth quarter of 2014 standing at 274,000 drams per square meter, according to the latest data from the State Committee of Real Estate Cadastre.
The highest price of apartments in the capital was in Kentron (Center) and Arabkir administrative districts- 428,000 and 356,600 drams per square meter respectively and the lowest price was in Nubarashen district- 156,500 drams.
Outside Yerevan, the highest apartment price was reported in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor in central Kotayk region – 292,400 drams and the lowest - in Dastakert community in the southern Syunik region – 8,000 drams per square meter of housing.
The average price of a privately-owned house in Yerevan in the first quarter of 2015 did not change when compared to the fourth quarter of 2014 standing 286,700 drams per square meter. In the first quarter of 2015 some 964 privately-owned homes were sold and bought across the country, including 265 in Yerevan.
The highest prices of private houses in the capital were in Kentron and Arabkir districts – 476,100 and 383,000 drams per square meter respectively, while the lowest price was in Nubarashen – 150,800 drams.
Outside Yerevan the highest price was again in Tsakhkadzor – 305,000 drams per square meter and the lowest - in Dastakert – 11,610 drams. ($ 1 - 476.42 drams).-0-
