Armenia has 638,551 natural gas consumers
YEREVAN, January 21. / ARKA /. Armenia has 638,551 natural gas consumers, the press office of national gas operator ArmRosGasprom reported today. It said the number of gas consumers last year grew by 12,840. Of them, 2,364 in 2012 December.
Armenia is among top three countries in the world in terms of natural gas availability to households and industrial enterprises. ARG is the sole gas supplier to Armenia. Russian Gazprom owns 80% in it, the rest is held by the Armenian government. -0-
