YEREVAN, July 15. / ARKA /. Armenia’s ambulance service received 113,272 calls in the first six months of this year hospitalizing 21,33 people, head of the service, Taguhi Stepanyan, told a news conference today.
She said the number of calls was higher from the year before. The average number of daily calls reaches 650 and most of them occur at around 11 pm, she said.
The bulk of calls -some 30,608 – was related to cardiovascular system, by 5,924 cases more than in the first half of 2013, she added. -0-
