Armenia’s service prices fell by 0.2% in May
YEREVAN, June 2. /ARKA/. In May service prices in Armenia decreased by 0.2 % compared to April, according to the National Statistical Service (NSS).
The drop was said to be mainly due to a decrease in prices for recreation service (3.9%) , transport (2.3%) and culture (0.4 %).
At the same time, prices increased for public catering service by 0.1%, for legal and banking service by 0.1%, for household services by 0.2%, for medical services by 0.7%. Prices for utilities, communication and education remained unchanged from the month before.
The service prices rose by 7.8% this May compared to May 2013, according to the report. –0—
