Diaspora export to discuss healthcare problems in Yerevan
YEREVAN, July 7. /ARKA/. A seminal on Armenia’s healthcare needs and the role of the Diaspora is will be held in Yerevan today, the press office of Armenia’s National Competitiveness Fund.
The seminar is held by the National Competitiveness Fund, together with the American University of Armenia.
Perinatal surgeon and pediatric oncosurgeon Shant Sheherdimyan from Los Angeles is expected to make a report at the seminar.
Sheherdimyan contributes to a number of programs aimed at improving child care in Armenia.
The National Competitiveness Fund attaches importance to involvement of specialists from the Diaspora in improvement of healthcare in Armenia, say the report. –0--
