YEREVAN, November 2. /ARKA/. Armenia received 3802.7 tons of goods valued at over 18.2 billion drams ($45.9 million) in humanitarian aid within the period from January to September 2012, National Statistical Service reports referring to State Revenue Committee.
Chemical products made up 28% of the total humanitarian aid goods, ground, air and water transport – 26.1%, textiles- 9.6%, devices and apparatus- 9.4%, cars, equipment and mechanisms- 6.7%, other goods- 20.2%.
Humanitarian aid is mainly provided by the USA, China, Switzerland, Iran, Germany, France, Italy and CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). ($1 –405.52 drams). -0-
