Obstetrics certificate program starts in Karabakh
STEPANAKERT, July 4. /ARKA/. A program for state obstetrics certificates has been launched in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), the website of NKR’s ministry of health reports.
The certificates are issued to pregnant women by the medical institutions they got registered from the 22 week of pregnancy, coordinator of medical aid department of the ministry Karine Alexanyan said.
The start of this program means health care will be provided to every single pregnant woman to maximally rule out complications during pregnancy and solve problems promptly if they occur, NKR’s minister of health Harutiun Kushkyan said.
The obstetrics certificate should be accessible for all pregnant women without exceptions, the minister said.
The certificate covers free medical aid and obstetrics as part of the state-funded program. –0--
