YEREVAN, July 30. /ARKA/. The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in Yerevan in the first half of this year was 1.3% higher than in the same period a year before, Armenia’s State Real Estate Cadastre reports.
Prices were highest in the capital’s central district – 428,000 drams, on average, and lowest in Nubarashen district – 155,200 drams per one square meter.
The average price for one square meter in apartment blocks in the country’s provinces rose 0.9% in Jan-June 2014, compared with the same period a year earlier.
Tsakhkadzor, a popular resort, was singled out for the highest prices – one square meter in apartment blocks here cost 292,500 drams in the 1st H 2014, and Dastakert and Shamlug for the cheapest housing – 8,000 drams.
A slight increase was recorded in Ashtarak, Artashat, Masis and Vedi. ($1 – 406.57). -0---
