YEREVAN, September 28. /ARKA/. Recreation and entertainment sector’s employees will have their salaries increased in the beginning of 2014, Armenian Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan told journalists on Saturday after she, along with her Russian counterpart, Vladimir Medinsky, laid a wreath to the monument of Alexander Griboyedov in Yerevan.
She didn’t specify, however, how much.
According to the National Statistical Service, the average nominal salary at recreation and entertainment workers’ salaries in the Armenia’s public sector was AMD 80,200 and in private sector AMD 106,900.
These sectors’ employees traditionally have the lowest salaries in the country. ($1 – AMD 405.86). --0----
