YEREVAN, July 31. /ARKA/. The South-Caucasus Railway says its all trains will carry passengers for free across Armenia on August 2, the Day of Railroad Workers.

“Despite of this professional holiday, Armenia’s railway workers will continue their work in a usual regime, ensuring nonstop operation of the railway infrastructure and comfort to passengers,” the company’s press office reported on Thursday.

South Caucasus Railway, a subsidiary of Russian Railways, runs Armenian Railway, which was handed over to the South Caucasus Railway on February 13, 2008 for 30-year concession management with a right to prolong the management term for other 10 years. --0---
