YEREVAN, February 3. /ARKA/. Average price of apartments in Yerevan multi-apartment blocks was 271,300 drams per square meter in 2013, the State Cadastre Committee of Armenia reported.
It is a 5.4% against the 2012 level, says the report.
The highest price, 427,000 drams, was recorded in Kentron administrative district of the capital, and the lowest, 150,900 drams, in Nubaranashen district.
The per square meter price of apartment in Armenia’s provinces rose by 4.3% during the year, with the highest price recorded in Tsakhkadzor (292,500 drams) and the lowest price in Dastakert and Shamlugh (8,000 drams).
