YEREVAN, February 5. / ARKA /. The Yerevan Municipality has earmarked 100 million drams for purchase of equipment for the city’s medical institutions in 2014, deputy mayor David Ohanyan told a news conference today.
He said the amount to be used this year is by 30 million drams more than used in 2013. The new equipment last year was distributed to Yerevan polyclinics, he said.
He said the municipality has earmarked money also for repair and renovation of some city hospitals this year.
He said the municipality runs 32 health facilities, including seven hospitals and medical centers and 22 polyclinics. -0-
